About:
Address Book Server is a shared server to the
Address Book application. Address Book Client
(included) provides bi-directional synchronization
between the server and the participating clients.
There is support for synchronizing over the local
network as well as the Internet. It has the
potential to support most mainstream databases.
Release focus: Minor bugfixes
Changes:
A bug in Read-Only mode resulted in details not being fetched from the server correctly. This has been resolved. To refresh your local Address Book completely from the server, the Address Book Client needs to be reset. This can be automated via a bash script. The manual has been updated.
