About:
serialdump works with a special piece of cabling in order to
allow users to non-intrusively monitor an RS-232 interface
using a Unix box with 2 serial ports. Instructions for making the
cable are distributed with the code. The DTR, DSR, RTS, CTS,
CD and RI control lines and both data streams are monitored
simultaneously. It is most useful for reverse-engineering or
hardware debugging.
