This happens when user preferences have not been propagated.
Go to Admin tab, in the preferences menu and click on the first item
(execute action for user_pref_update action).
This should solve your pb.

problem installing obm with postgres
by Eduardo Sánchez M. - Sep 27th 2002 16:21:08
I have problems installing obm with postgres:
Warning: PostgreSQL query failed: ERROR: Attribute 'userobm_archive' not
found in /usr/local/www/htdocs/obm-0.5.3/obminclude/phplib/db_pgsql.inc on
line 69
Database error: Invalid SQL: select
userobm_id,userobm_perms,userobm_password from UserObm where
userobm_username = 'postgres' and userobm_archive = '0'
PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: Attribute 'userobm_archive' not found )
Session halted.
Don't really know what is, I think the support of obm in postgresql is
lacking of somethins.
hope anyonw can help...

Yes, Postgres db creation scripts are not provided in the 0.5 branch (few
seems to use postgres with OBM, and we currently develop it on mysql). And
which postgres script do you use ?
We hope to have them ready for the 0.6.0 release.
