Discloser is (another) PHP/MySQL blog. It has a clean, effective interface. It differs from other weblog/journal/news/content management software in that "post types" are defined by plugins, allowing more intense customization capabilities. It is multi-user by nature, but only one user is required.

Please keep in mind that Discloser has not been through the rigorous security testing that I would prefer it to go through. In fact, it's gone through little testing.

The first thing you ought to do is fix your site. It is OK to release alpha versions, but at least make it work on the alpha version web site.
