Wine Maytrex tracks wine production from harvest through bottling. As a record keeping system, it tracks history of wine compositions in all detail. It tracks analyses and treatments, including cumulative additions and cost going back to weight tags. Process cost and wine lost to process is tracked and available in any level of detail. Taste and quality is tracked and problem areas identified. Tank lineup may prove very profitable with faster processing and reduced cellar cost and crews.
